Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States) All US orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. During busy periods or due to carrier delays, delivery may occasionally take a little longer than expected. We appreciate your patience in those cases.

International Shipping International orders can take up to 12 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Reversa has no control over these fees and is unable to reimburse them.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not always reflect the most up-to-date delivery address if changes were made after the order was placed — but rest assured, our team will always confirm any updates on our end.

Delivered But Not Received If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your nearest neighbors and your local post office or carrier facility, as packages are sometimes misdelivered or held. If the package still cannot be located, please file a claim with the carrier and provide us with written confirmation of any delivery error. We will do everything we can to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages Reversa is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will always work with you and the carrier to find a resolution.
