Cancellation policy
These terms apply to anyone who signs up for the Reversa "Subscribe & Save" program. We've written them in plain English because subscriptions shouldn't be confusing.
Reversa is operated by Ec Commerce B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. When you see charges on your bank or credit card statement, they may appear under "Ec Commerce" or "Reversa." Both refer to the same business.
If you have any questions, email us at support@tryreversa.com before subscribing.
What you're signing up for.
When you choose "Subscribe & Save" at checkout, you're enrolling in a recurring delivery program. This means:
- You'll be charged for your first order at checkout.
- We'll automatically ship and bill you again on a recurring schedule.
- Your subscription continues until you cancel it.
- You'll be charged the subscription price on every renewal — not the one-time price.
The schedule depends on which bundle you chose:
There is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel any time after your first order ships, with no fees.
What you'll pay.
The exact price of your subscription is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. You'll pay this same amount on every recurring delivery — not the one-time price.
Subscription prices are typically 25–30% lower than one-time purchase prices, depending on the bundle you choose.
Plus applicable tax based on your delivery address. Shipping is free on all U.S. subscription orders (see Section 6).
Your discount is permanent as long as your subscription stays active. The price you see at checkout when you sign up is the price that will recur — we won't quietly raise it.
If we ever change subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before the change, and the new price will only take effect on renewals after that 30-day notice. You can cancel during that period if you don't want the new price.
When you'll be charged.
First charge
When you place your initial order.
Recurring charges
On the same day of the month as your first order, repeating at your chosen frequency (30, 60, or 90 days).
Charges will appear on your statement as Ec Commerce B.V. or Reversa.
We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal charge so there are no surprises. If you want to skip, pause, change frequency, or cancel, you can do it any time before the charge.
We'll attempt to charge the payment method you used at checkout. If that payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email each time. If we can't recover the payment, your subscription will be paused (not cancelled) until you update your payment method.
How to cancel.
Cancellation is easy. We mean that.
The fastest way
- Log into your account at tryreversa.com/account.
- Click "Manage Subscriptions."
- Click "Cancel" on the subscription you want to end.
- Confirm.
That's it. No phone call required. No retention specialist. No "are you sure" loops. Done in under a minute.
If you can't access your account for any reason, just email us at support@tryreversa.com with the email address you used to subscribe. We'll cancel it for you within one business day.
When does cancellation take effect?
- Immediately. No more charges will be processed.
- If you've already been charged for an upcoming order that hasn't shipped, contact us within 24 hours and we'll refund it.
- If your order has already shipped, we can't recall it — but the refund and return policy below applies.
No cancellation fees. No questions. No retention games.
Skip, pause, or change.
You don't have to cancel to take a break. From your account portal, you can:
- Skip the next delivery (subscription continues normally after).
- Pause for 1, 2, or 3 months.
- Change the frequency (e.g., from every 60 days to every 90 days).
- Update your shipping address.
- Update your payment method.
All these changes are available from tryreversa.com/account at any time.
Shipping.
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. subscription orders. No minimums, no codes, no fine print.
- Subscription orders ship within 1–3 business days of your renewal charge.
- You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
- We currently only ship within the United States.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Returns and refunds.
60-day money-back guarantee on your first order
If you're not satisfied with Reversa within 60 days of receiving your first shipment, email us at support@tryreversa.com and we'll refund the full purchase price. You don't have to return the bottle.
For subsequent subscription orders
If you contact us within 14 days of receiving an order and you haven't opened the bottle, we'll refund it. Once a bottle is opened, we can't accept returns for hygiene reasons.
For unwanted subscription charges
If a renewal charge processes that you intended to cancel or skip, contact us within 24 hours and we'll refund it (if the order hasn't shipped) or apply credit toward a future order (if it has).
Your rights under state law.
If you live in California, AB 2863 (effective July 2025) gives you the right to cancel your subscription using the same channel you used to sign up. Since you signed up online, you can cancel online — no phone call required. The cancellation flow described in Section 4 is designed to comply with this law.
If you live in another state with similar subscription laws, the same online cancellation method applies to you regardless. U.S. federal protections under ROSCA (Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act) also apply to your subscription.
Health-related disclosures.
Reversa Magnesium Glycinate is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including diabetes. The statements about this product have not been evaluated by the FDA.
If you take metformin or other medications, especially for diabetes, talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, including this one. Your doctor can advise on whether magnesium supplementation makes sense alongside your current medications.
If you experience any adverse effects while taking Reversa, stop taking it and consult your doctor.
Account security.
You're responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you change your phone number or email address, please update them in your account so we can continue to send you renewal reminders and order updates.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of your subscription after that 30-day window means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept them, you can cancel during the notice period.
Governing law and the company behind Reversa.
Reversa is operated by:
Ec Commerce B.V.
A company registered in the Netherlands.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. However, because Reversa sells exclusively to customers in the United States, your U.S. state and federal consumer protection laws still apply to the extent they cannot be waived. This means rights granted to you under California's AB 2863, the FTC's ROSCA, your state's consumer protection statutes, and equivalent laws remain in full effect regardless of these terms.
For most issues, we strongly prefer to resolve disputes directly by email at support@tryreversa.com before any formal proceedings. We've never had a customer issue we couldn't sort out by talking it through.
Reversa is committed to running an honest subscription. If anything in these terms is unclear or feels unfair, please email us. We'd rather fix it than have you leave.
Questions or concerns?
For anything related to your subscription — billing, address changes, cancellation issues, refund requests, or just feedback — email us. We respond within 1 business day, usually faster.
